Return Policy 

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. Our company procedures are to check all items before shipping out to customer to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition. However, we will gladly accept any request to EXCHANGE for the following circumstances only:-

Damaged Items
 If the item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective. Any defects occurred during transit or shipping by Courier Service Company, SUNSHADE has the rights to reject claim as the damage was not borne by us but rather during shipping.

Wrong Items 
Shall we send you any wrong products accidentally, SUNSHADE has the rights to either replace it with the correct one or offer partial refund without replacement depending on customer cases.

The following guidelines apply:


Customer should report the problem within 3 working days via email. SUNSHADE will issue you a Product Exchange Acceptance Email when your request is accepted. The returned items must reach us within 10 working days from the Product Return Acceptance Email’s date. SUNSHADE reserve the right not to accept the exchange request if the customer do not fulfill the deadline as stated.

Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained merchandise.

The items must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation.

Customer is to undertake the full responsibility for returning the goods to us. SUNSHADE shall not be liable for any damages or loss of items during the return shipment back to us.

SUNSHADE will bear the two way shipping fee (return and replace).

SUNSHADE shall replace the SAME items (same design, size & color) to customer in the event that wrong items are delivered or damaged that are directly resulted from SUNSHADE. When ONLY the same items/goods are not available, customer will be offer to choose from others items for replacement or we shall refund the purchase price of the items to the customer. Customer cannot cancel the order or request for money refund if the SAME items are available for exchange.

When the SAME items not available for exchange, the replacement of new items which is lower value than the original items, the excess amount will be refund to customer. However for replacement items of higher value, customer have to make payments for the differences of goods before we deliver the goods.


Exchange request to be submitted to by including your Order No. and the Reason for exchange.
